There are a number of builders on the beach who provide excellent service. I would recommend Jeff Haskett as one of those General Contractors you should talk with. The Arts

The Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo sponsors a number of summer concerts and drama Performances. The programs performed by the students at the North Carolina School of the Arts are particularly noteworthy.
